Our Home Services Team at CK Custom Homes will provide quarterly inspections of your property for an annual fee where our building professionals will combine custom home construction experience with our vast knowledge and resources of various subcontractors to ensure that we are preserving your home and all its essential qualities to the highest standard.
After each inspection, we will design a customized plan tailored specifically to what your home needs based on the CK Custom Homes Field Report. This report will be used to determine what services are needed from minor to urgent. If in the event you move to a different property, this contract is transferable with no additional cost.
This annual quarterly inspection and walk-through of your property includes the following:
- Roof System Inspection
- Window + Door Inspection
- Mechanical Systems Inspection
- Audio + Video Inspection
- Grounds Inspection
- Structure Inspection
- Spa + Pool Inspection
- Decks + Lanais Inspection
- Other (upon request)
In the event that any inspection areas require immediate attention, CK Custom Homes will create the specifications, distribute them to the appropriate trades for pricing, and build a budget for the Owners review and approval. CK Custom Homes will manage the work and payments end to end while maintaining detailed financial reporting appropriate and lien releases.
